How to reach us
Outermind support is handled by email. There is no ticket portal to sign up for, and you do not need an active subscription to contact us.
Write to support@outermind.ai and a person will read it. We aim to respond within one business day, and sooner for anything affecting a live account.

Suspected vulnerabilities or security concerns. Put "Security" in the subject line and we will route it immediately.

Privacy and data rights
Access, correction, export or deletion requests, and questions about how we process personal data.

What to include
The more of this you can give us, the faster we can help.
- The email address you sign in with, and your organisation name.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- The approximate date and time, including your timezone.
- The integration involved, if the request is about a connected service.
- Any error text shown on screen. Please do not send passwords, API keys or access tokens.
Connected integrations
Outermind connects to third party services such as Microsoft 365 and Zoom on your instruction. You can disconnect any integration yourself from the admin console at any time, without contacting us. Disconnecting revokes the stored credentials immediately.
You can also revoke access from the provider side, for example by removing the app from your Zoom account. We honour that revocation whether or not the provider is reachable, and it does not depend on you signing in to Outermind first.
