Customer-Configured Providers

Some services process your data because you connect them yourself, under your own accounts and agreements; they are providers you choose, not Outermind sub-processors. This includes the LLM provider you configure under our Bring Your Own Key model (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Azure AI Foundry, or OpenRouter) and any integrations you connect through the in-app marketplace (for example HubSpot, Dropbox, ElevenLabs, GitHub, LinkedIn, or DocuSign). Data shared with these services is governed by your agreements with them.

Data Residency

When you sign up for Outermind, you select a data region. Your organization's data is stored and processed exclusively within your selected region:

  • United States: Azure East US 2 (Virginia, USA)
  • United Kingdom: Azure UK South (London, UK)
  • European Union: Azure West Europe (Amsterdam, Netherlands)
  • Australia: Azure Australia East (Sydney, Australia)
