How we got there matters more than where we got.
We built SkyKick by listening to partners and putting their feedback straight into the roadmap. Not a research programme, not an advisory board that met twice a year. Partners told us what was breaking and we shipped the fix.
The AI era is beginning with the same small businesses, the same partners and the same gap. We are building the platform for that, the same way.

Brad Younge
Co founded SkyKick in 2011 and built it into one of the channel's most recognised cloud management platforms, serving partners across more than eighty countries. Previously spent a decade at Statera leading enterprise technology practice areas, including launching their collaboration practice, and was an early employee at drugstore.com. M.S. in Electrical Engineering, UC Berkeley. B.S., Cornell.
Doug Handler
Senior Director of Product Management at SkyKick, where he owned the cloud migration and data protection products. Previously held product leadership roles at several large technology vendors and at ConnectWise, and served as CPO at Telatris. His career sits at the exact intersection of MSP channel operations and cloud automation.
Pat Lawless
Began his career in enterprise software in 1989 and has since held executive roles across startups aligned with the channel, including Watermark Software (acquired by FileNet, an IBM company) and Voxbright Technologies. An initial investor in SkyKick, he later served as Sales Director and Sales Team Lead prior to its acquisition by ConnectWise.
