Are we locked into a single LLM provider with Outermind?
No. Outermind ships with five providers live (Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Google Gemini, xAI) plus OpenRouter for cost arbitrage across 200+ models. You bring your own API keys and we route per work type. Copilot Studio added external models in 2025; the routing logic, caching, and per-work-type defaults are still ours.
What about data residency in UK, EU, or Australia?
Outermind runs four production regions today: US East 2, UK South, North Europe, and Australia East. Each region has its own database, regional Stripe billing, and (for EU and UK) GDPR Article 27 representatives appointed. You pick a region at onboarding. Microsoft Agent 365 supports data residency too, but typically through enterprise procurement.
Is Outermind suitable for MSPs managing multiple customers?
Yes. Outermind is multi-tenant from the database up, with first-party integrations to Pax8, Crayon Cloud IQ, NinjaOne, and the rest of the channel-partner ecosystem. Microsoft Agent 365 is tenant-bound by design.
