We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
Outermind Inc. does not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You do not need to submit an opt-out request because we do not engage in these practices.
Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA
1. Right to Know
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell about you.
How to exercise: Submit a request to access your personal information. We will provide details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected.
2. Right to Delete
You have the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
How to exercise: Submit a deletion request. We will delete your personal information from our records and direct our service providers to do the same, unless an exception applies.
3. Right to Correct
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
How to exercise: Contact us with the specific information you believe is inaccurate and provide the correct information.
4. Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing
You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
You have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information to purposes necessary to provide the services.

6. Right to Non-Discrimination

How to Submit a Request
To exercise any of your CCPA rights, you may submit a request using one of the following methods:

You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Authorized agents must provide written authorization from you and verify their identity.
Response Timeline
We will respond to your request within 45 days. If we need more time, we will notify you and may take up to an additional 45 days (90 days total).
We will verify your identity before fulfilling your request by matching information you provide with information we have on file.
Financial Incentives
We do not offer financial incentives for the collection, sale, or deletion of personal information.
Metrics
As required by CCPA, we publish annual metrics on consumer requests. These metrics will be available on this page after we have been operating for a full calendar year.
